Me Anthem description: Wearing a body microphone to capture her movement’s auditory artifacts, Emily Beattie's dancing generates the raw sound-source for Jonathan Snipes live-processed electronic composition in a dynamically structured improvisation—one that uses strategies of mirroring and echoing to escalate the duo's physical and sonic feedback to a fevered pitch.
